As a member of the executive team, the VP of Finance is responsible for the financial health of the organization. Duties include developing and executing financial strategies in support of business strategy, reviewing and analyzing financial statements, and creating and implementing financial policies, procedures and controls.
The VP Finance manages the organization’s financial risk and protects the viability of ongoing operations while optimizing profitability.
